Customer's reviews
When I purchased my Hunter Douglas shades several years ago, I contacted them asking if they recommend any cleaning services in New York city. Apparently they had certified Onsite Drapery Cleaning run by Harriet Joseph and they gave me the contact information, . I have used Onsite Drapery Cleaning now for several years and plan to use them again this summer. It is very convenient to have the shades cleaned on site. Watching Harriet, I could observe how carefully she handled them, the amount of time she spent on cleaning them, and at the end I was very pleased. I definitely recommend them,

Two years ago, we moved into a very sunny apartment with many floor-to-ceiling windows. The draperies and Hunter-Douglas window treatments in the living room hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. Harriet and her team of skilled technicians successfully restored them to look good as new. This year, we called upon her expertise as a textile specialist to help us create and install custom black-out curtains with sound-proofing for our master bedroom, in addition to energy-saving roller shades for our office and kitchen.
It’s been said: “Professional is not a label you give yourself; it’s a description you hope others will apply to you.” Knowledge of the industry inside and out. Trustworthy. Responsive. Attentive to detail. Delivers. Harriet embodies all these things.

After trying to find a company that cleaned blinds in the Bronx, I was fortunate to find Harriet. She was prompt and removed our blinds with no trouble. They were returned later the same day beautiful and clean. They were hung back up and are perfect. Thank you Harriet, I will certainly spread the word of the great service you provided.
