When I purchased my Hunter Douglas shades several years ago, I contacted them asking if they recommend any cleaning services in New York city. Apparently they had certified Onsite Drapery Cleaning run by Harriet Joseph and they gave me the contact information, . I have used Onsite Drapery Cleaning now for several years and plan to use them again this summer. It is very convenient to have the shades cleaned on site. Watching Harriet, I could observe how carefully she handled them, the amount of time she spent on cleaning them, and at the end I was very pleased. I definitely recommend them, ~ Rosemary K
